THE WAREHOUSE

The warehouse is a 10,000 sq ft. indoor training facility that is dedicated to the sport of lacrosse. We sport a full size 8 meter where our individual athletes and teams train with the best to work on their form and technique. Concepts are also easy to teach as we’ve dedicated every square inch of the facility to training space, giving our athletes the maximum amount of space to work on spacing and timing.

All Ball Pro

OMNI Warehouse comes equipment with the best bounce backs around. We have a fleet of All ball pros in every size imaginable. Repping drills with the all ball pro is like getting feeds from the best player on the team; hard, crisp passes every time. We use these in almost every drill we run. Any indoor rentals will have access to these and all of our equipment.

Stretching and Warm-up Area

OMNI is frequently adding new stretching and warm-up equipment to ensure that our athletes are properly engaged and ready to work out when they walk through our warehouse door. We have exercise bikes and foam rolling equipment available to our athletes as well as a stretching area before their sessions begin.
